Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, is divided into several districts. The first 12 districts are numbered consecutively, 7 districts have their own names.
If you are in town for the first time, I recommend District 1, the center of Saigon.

Binh Thanh District: A neighborhood featuring many restaurants and cafes, as well as Southeast Asia’s tallest skyscraper, Landmark 81, complete with a shopping center, ice skating rink, and a beautiful park along the Saigon River.
