Kaffee:<\/h3><p>Die Kaffeefilter sind in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen erh\u00e4ltlich, so dass die Mengen nicht f\u00fcr jeden g\u00fcltig sind. Ich ben\u00f6tige ca. 2 Teel\u00f6ffel f\u00fcr meinen Filter. Der Kaffee sollte etwas gr\u00f6ber gemahlen sein.<\/p><p>Zuerst die Presse aus dem Filter nehmen und den Kaffee in die Kammer geben.<\/p><p>Dann wieder die Presse darauf legen und nicht zu fest andr\u00fccken. Sonst braucht der Kaffee ewig um durchzulaufen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Legt den Filter auf den Deckel, wie auf eine Untertasse, und f\u00fcllt den Deckel mit etwas kochendem Wasser auf. Der Kaffee absorbiert das Wasser und l\u00e4sst es aufquellen. F\u00fcr ca. 30 Sekunden. Das ist gut f\u00fcr das Aroma und wurde mir so, in Vietnam, als ganz wichtigen Schritt erkl\u00e4rt.<\/p><p>Im Anschluss den Filtersieb und die Filterkammer auf ein Glas setzen und mit Wasser bis an den Rand auff\u00fcllen.
